I had the pleasure of purchasing an hvac system from Luis ; overall loved the environment & professionalism that he brought. He pointed out all aspects of my new system, had answers to all my questions, made sure I was overall happy wit the purchase.

We are selling a house for our client that has already left town. The client had Legend Air install a new system about ten months ago. He was very happy with the work they did. He even remembered the name of the friendly tech, it was Louis. Well, the buyers had an inspection done, the inspector claimed the AC needed a 40 amp breaker where a 45 amp breaker was. Louis came out to check it out. He said the inspector was right. A 40 amp breaker needed to be put in. Now, bear in mind, we had this same situation about 2 years ago and another company ( Milestone) was called and charged the client $500 for a simple breaker. Louis said the standard charge would be $275. We argued that the correct size breaker should have been put in during installation. He agreed. So, he called his field supervisor and got a discounted price of $250 ( this was after I got mad ) Due to the principle of the matter, we still were not happy. He offered another $10 discount. NOPE, not good enough. We seemed to be a stand still. Louis had done a great job staying calm and talking to us. Then, he goes up and above, and calls the owner. The owner told him just to do it for free. Like any smart business owner would have done. The breaker was changed out to the proper size and everyone is happy. We will be recommending Legend AC and heating from now on to all of our clients. PS my wife has dealt with many different AC companies during the last 25 years of selling homes. She wishes there were more techs like Louis. He impressed both of us. We really liked and appreciated him.

Joseph was efficient and thorough. He took his time checking out HVAC system and presented options for repair with photos too. He was flexible while working in our home with myself and my two young children present and also while on the phone with my husband who is working out of town. Thank you, Joseph!

My a/c went out last Sunday, so I called Legend after someone from my neighborhood recommended them. To my surprise, they sent someone out the same day. A very nice technician by the name of Jason came out. I was very pleased with his professionalism and how quickly the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Lewis is very professional who had helped checking AC installed by his company. I am impressed with his service . He explained few things which as owner is very helpful. I would highly recommend Legend air services to everyone either for repairs or installing new AC.

I’ve used Legend Air a couple of times both at our house and a couple of rentals we own. They have provided excellent service, showed up on time, and fixed the problem(s) which has lasted for a couple of years now. Jason is very polite and efficient. Luis was fantastic! He was very knowledgable and helped me understand the issue. He provided various levels of solutions and got my AC back up and working quickly!

Nov 2023, ANOTHER Regular winter maintenance checkup this time. Joseph did thorough job as I have come to expect from Legend. Spring 2023 they replaced 14 year old downstairs a/c and furnace. Winter 2022, Luis did amazingly thorough job far more checks and cleaning than any other service I’ve used. Well worth the monthly vip cost. Spring 2021 (3rd service on original builder unit) the 12 year old system was not worth repairing. Legend Air replaced it with new, 10yr warranty, higher SEER system. Price was great, (best bid) and install quality was outstanding. MUCH better job sealing ducts, cable and plumbing ports, etc. than original builder install! Jason replaced the compressor fan motor with screeching bearings. On time; parts & labor w no extra service charge.. He also looked at my multi-zone system and identified a number of issues that my prior HVAC company should have seen. I now have a service contract with Legend! 2nd visit for tuneup and system inspection. They found and fixed FIVE things my old service overlooked or ignored. And took the time to explain and show what needed to be corrected!

Needed diagnostic of the AC unit that is not blowing cool air. Pictures were taken. Joseph took the time to explain the issues and parts of the unit. After thorough inspections an diagnostic by Joseph, three options were presented. We are Happy with Joseph’s service.
